January may have been and gone, and even if those New Year’s resolutions have now fallen by the wayside, each new day provides us with an opportunity to break from the past … and change.
You see, change is the one constant … like a two-sided coin which reads, ‘out with the old and in with the new’. But while the physical, emotional and mental challenges we face upon our earthbound journey can assist us, we can still get stuck spiritually – only because we continue to do the same things over and over again, and expect different results. Ask yourself, ‘How many times do you want your circumstances to change, yet without any change in you at all?
Well, sometimes its not what takes place on the outside… its the alterations we make within which help us to embrace what God wants to do in our lives.
We hope you enjoy this extended piece of ‘guidance’ below, and may you be bathed in Love and light and peace as you make those changes you need on your way through life.

You must break from the past … and be open to change!
“Know that there will still be testing times during your ‘Earth-plane’ existence and embodiment, all because your trust can be misplaced or abused. However my helping hand is only a heartbeat away, but you must first recognize it, and then take steps towards me (and real bliss) yourself.
Just as a child takes their first ‘baby’ step, in terms of spiritual education, this action is its equivalent. Sometimes it only takes a small change in your habits or conduct with whom you meet, and by what you do or say. This, in turn, can alter your plans, hopes and dreams in a positive way (if you let them), though in essence, only in silence can you hear your own truth, and what ‘I’ am saying to you.
It is not enough to simply turn the television or radio off, as you must control the wandering mind. By taking charge of the senses, you are not only acknowledging this fact, but at the same time, you become aware of me, and your own Divinity. So, by developing this inside you, one’s confidence and trust in me will soar too.
Eventually, your Soul (like a bird) will fly majestically higher and higher, reaching places beyond dreams. I am your other wing to support and help you do this, and together we can achieve everything you desire in the name of truth, love and light.
Therefore I ask you to re-think and re-prioritize what is beside or within you, so your outlook (of what you sense and feel both inside and out), can change for the better. Do you trust your feelings and thoughts, or does mistrust cast a constant shadow upon you?
Appreciate I am within and with you at all times. I am here, there and everywhere to help and support you in your endeavours and tasks upon the enlightened road and journey. By taking a step through and too and with me, your life will change forever! Trusting in me – and yourself- are certainties, for just as the Sun rises to a new dawn each day, I will illuminate your pathway ahead … with every breath you take. Amen.”
