Hello to all aspirants and seekers of truth.
I saw an article online recently, about a man with the same physical fitness and body shape he had 20 years ago. The photographs side by side looked incredible. This got me thinking about how we, as human beings, constantly seem to strive for what we think is perfection. For some, body image becomes an incredible burden – forever worrying what others think.
Our appearance we ‘project’ is often criticised, sneered or frowned upon. Our shape, size, colour, and even hairstyles are judged by all and sundry. Tell-lie-vision, radio and the press like to impress who is perfect and who isn’t.
So, today’s short post is a little reminder about what God really wants you to know.

You are ‘perfection’ …
‘Remember, I do not judge you, because deep inside you are perfection. By removing rose-tinted glasses, you will reveal (and then erase) the false sense of reality in the world around you. So, what you view through the physical eyes alone may appear to be distasteful or ugly or beautiful, but understand … genuine beauty is in the ‘I’ (or higher-self) of the beholder. One can only bear witness to such, by looking through the eyes of the heart and Soul and mind in unison.
If you accept and release the same, it will pour like water over rock. In time, this will erode those hardened imperfections and attitudes of ego, jealousy or pride, and not just your own, but in many others too. Love may trickle down at first, resembling a tear falling from your face, but with perseverance and an acceptance of your Divinity, it will shine like the Sun and flow as the ocean, reaching every shoreline and heart. Therefore, simply accept and bask in the truth of you, and be blessed with my grace. Amen.’
PS. Stop worrying about other’s opinions. Be true and be you, and you will illuminate from your heart.
