Good morning to one and all! Hope you can enjoy this continued dry and warm weather today. So, whatever your doing, try to relax and get some ‘me’ time for yourself … become still, even if its just with a cup of tea in the garden for 5 minutes!
“ Become ‘still’, for I welcome you to find the joy and peace within yourself. Put aside the rush and frantic pace of the day to bear witness to the truth, that is ‘one’ of you and me.
Indeed, from the moment your physical body awakens, so many of you are moving at a breathless and breakneck speed, it is as if your whole being is on ‘auto pilot’, which seems almost robotic … so much to do, people to see, places to go, the list never ends!
These scenarios seemingly form your endless cares of work, rest, and play and, more importantly, those of your family, friends and distant kin too. So let us pause for thought, but moreover, have your thoughts on pause. Simply just try to ‘be’ … and in letting go, this can be so vital because you can realise that you are part of Creation and not separate from it.
In fact, while most of your activities are about the worth of others and so many things in the material and impermanent world, what or whom considers your self-worth? Again, this is very important because your own Soul needs to be recognised and not pushed to one side. What real value do you sense or give upon the real you? Do you think you are worth less than the next person is? Of course, the answer is no, so why do so many of you act as if you do and are?
Understand your true worth in my eyes (and your own heart), is not in the style or size of your home in which you reside, or in what vehicle you drive either. It cannot to be measured by the clothes you wear, and neither your race, colour, nor creed has any influence whatsoever. This is because your Soul and true self is revealed from, through and to love, and the connection to me is unbroken by time or space and dimension … so it can be said, that we are ‘united’ in love. Amen”
