‘Weather bomb’ hits UK …

Hello everyone.
The UK suffered storm ‘Doris’ last week, which caused one death and some serious injuries too. Winds of up to 94 mph battered Wales and the west coast, then moved inland across the country, uplifting trees and causing a right mess with branches and rubbish all over the place. Though the physical evidence from the devastation (or s0-called ‘weather bomb’) is plain to see, this same disruption and anguish is a reflection of what also affects our bodies, hearts and minds.
In fact, the way we live our lives can bring immense stress and turmoil, and as such, we must ‘weather’ both internal and external forces by keeping strong, having faith and trust in God. The alternative can lead us down unwanted paths and roads, whereby we often succumb to negativity, fear or depression.
May today’s post strengthen your resolve and help you batten down the hatches during times of self-doubt, or release the self-inflicted pressure valve of our emotional and mental state which we often impose upon ourselves.
Lets hope you have a much calmer week ahead! Peace to all!

Weather bomb hits UK…
“Because the mind is fickle and can be feeble and weak, you must remain strong in order to deny the false desires and fear these bring. Effect follows the cause, so clear thoughts and feelings can soon descend into whirlpools of emotions, resembling darkened skies, which temporarily obscure the Sun (and Son), from your true vision.
Throughout your life; subsequent manifestations of your worries and anxieties will occur during the tasks of your daily lives, and in those of friends and family too, which spiral into society then Nation upon Nation. However, each individual can directly affect what ‘clouds’ and disruption emerge, because they can easily be dissipated by love and kindness and faith and hope, or they can mushroom into powerful gusts, ferocious dark storms, thunder cracking, and lightening flashing. Please understand, everything is a reflection of the emotions ‘within’, which mirror the exterior (the without), and vice versa.
While you are reflecting upon these words, please know an experience or event such as these are not necessarily all ‘bad’. Your so-called darkened times can bring new beginnings, strength, and growth in the body and Soul. Indeed, even though the mind can temporarily ‘cloud’ your judgment, know these tests and trials and tribulations can all be overcome. Amen.” PS.So please keep smiling … and be positive in all you do!!
