Welcome to a new week everyone.
We’ve had some beautiful autumn sunshine and lovely blue skies of late, which not only lifts our hearts but our spirits too. If we can take the time to look, we’d see the stunning leaves on trees … those reds, golds and greens.
While some see such scenes and feel nothing at all, others can become inspired by nature …. or even say they are blessed to bear witness to God’s creation … the universal artist at work!
Of course, the temperatures are now starting to dip, and with this, the leaves begin to fall. This reminded me of a short passage from a lesson I recieved few years ago called ‘Seasons’. There’s a couple of lines which you can compare the life cycle of nature and the so-called ‘tree of life’ … with the time we each have upon this earth.
You could say this is symbolic, because if we ever seem isolated or seperate from God’s love, we only have to remember … we are eternally connected as one.
May you all have a peaceful week ahead.
“Once you are ready, it is time to return to your permanent state, and as those autumn leaves fall … bliss and peace, and your true inheritance beckon. My breath shall blow upon every leaf, and even though they seem to fade and die, in reality they fly and soar way beyond your earthly senses.
