Some of you have been in touch, worried about the uncertainty of life, regarding work, family or money. Often these thoughts can spiral into greater concerns and even fear. Even if we have doubts over what the future holds, we must find peace in our souls. When doubt raises its ugly head, turn within to the truth … feel it, hear it and sense it because God knows exactly what we need and when. If we trust and allow life to unfold – without placing timescales or pressure upon ourselves – we will bring untold joy into every aspect of our being … so simply ‘be’.

The Shadow Of Fear … and why You Should Invest In Truth.

“Do not fear each passing day (when they seem to roll into one), but take vital time out, even for 10 minutes, to be true to you. Connect deep within to find the peace, stillness and calmness which often elude you. By doing this, especially in times when your mind is unable to determine what you think is right or wrong, let go, and go with the flow.
If you cannot, life may seem like you are trying to paddle a canoe without an oar … upstream! But in reality, you do not need anything else to guide you through the emotional waters of life, because I am the power, your essence and Divinity. Please understand this, so do not think you are a wave separate to the ocean, as I am your inner strength, your resolve, and the answer, always.
The truth is letting me shine inside your heart, and you will undertake many great things. By recognizing you are I and I am you (which is self-realization), many of your so-called trials and tribulations will ease and disappear. You will experience a new lease of life because instinctively, it becomes easier for you to bear.
Your energy and vibration will elevate as if a switch alters the current from negative to positive. The canoe, (representing your vessel or body), will glide effortlessly, because my breath, like a gentle breeze, guides you forward into the cleaner, clearer, and calmer waters. Each day can be your own new beginning, as your attitudes to the tasks in your life can be altered in a moment. Amen.”
