Hi, devotees of love and light.
There have been some wonderful articles in the press -and programmes on TV -regarding the 5oth anniversary of the Moon landings this week. One of the most moving things we’ve seen were the images and footage of the Earth taken by the astronauts from the moon.
Without doubt, when they observed our beautiful planet from space it touched their hearts and souls, which was conveyed with profound statements like this …
“I thought at one point … if you could be up in heaven, this is how you would see the planet. And then I dwelled on that and said, no, it’s more beautiful than that. This is what heaven must look like. I think of our planet as a paradise. We are very lucky to be here.” – Mike Massimino, NASA Astronaut
This got me thinking of a blog post from ‘yesteryear’ … which is a reminder of how privileged we are to be surrounded by such beauty. God has indeed provided us with everything we need to live, survive and thrive.
Thanks be to God.
The astronaut gazed upon the earth and said: “This could surely change a man”.
“Appreciate the Earth and Mother Nature are beautiful beyond comprehension, being expressed in truth and love; and appear for your joy to behold. Heaven is but a microcosm and reflection within your own inner search. Surely then, to deny its existence means that you reject not only me, but also your own true self, and one cannot exist without the other.
I will always help you to find the reality of ‘you’, and thus you will find me. Remember, I am Light – and you are Light. I am Love – hence you are Love. I am all things – so all things are you. Therefore, open your heart once more to source the power of your own Creation, for Heaven and Earth go hand in hand; hence I am with you, always and forever. Amen.”
PS. Remember, one can think of Heaven as a mysterious, special place to go to- for growth and wisdom of the Soul -or it can be sensed right now, precisely where you reside.
