No matter what challenges, trials or tests you’re facing in life, whether they occur through your work and rest and play, or from one’s family or home responsibilities … do not allow your mind to believe they are insurmountable ‘burdens’.
Know that any thoughts or feelings of dread, anguish and stress can all be alleviated more easily than you think. If you can simply smile, your whole demeanour can change very quickly.
Realise, that when you smile your body recognises the joy within … which raises your life energies to mitigate harmful toxins that cause illness and disease (dis-ease).

Simply … smile
“Smile when you awake … for you are alive.
Smile every hour.
Smile in adversity.
Smile when you feel joyful.
Smile before you sleep … And watch your whole life change for the better!
