Well, here we are … nearly a week into the New year already, and my-oh-my, how time flies!
We wondered, have you noticed all the self-improvement tips on Social media these days? From keep fit, going on a diet, giving up alcohol for a month, cutting out your ‘comfort’ foods … the list seems endless. However, with so many ideas to encourage us, our own goals and so-called resolutions may get lost in all these desires to ‘achieve’. Obviously, we all have the right to decide if any of these bear any relevance – or importance – in our live’s, so today’s short post merely poses the question … do we just need to simplify ‘life’?

Simplify your life … as a New Year starts!

” I urge you to simplify your life, for this leads you to accept yourself and others, for life is only as complicated as you believe or deem it to be. The important time is right now, yes today, because tomorrow will take care of itself. So, by working through it – doing the best that you can – no more can be said or asked of you.
Release frustration and uncertainty, not by carrying pain through word of mouth, but by openly letting your love flow from you. If anyone remains doubtful, just try letting go of a loved one who is suffering in body, mind or soul at this time, for it is not an easy thing to do.
And so, another year has passed and another ‘chapter’ or phase of your life is completed. But no matter what you believe are your new hopes and dreams or goals … let’s say goodbye to anger, jealousy, fear and hate which all lead to the malnutrition of your Soul. Remember, I welcome you to my eternal table where you are forever nourished … so please come and partake ‘in me’.
Appreciate the words, ‘I am the way, the truth and the life’ … which echo and resonate in every language and for every man, woman, child, bird or beast. So please, finally understand your own true nature of being … that we are ‘one’, and nothing can divide us. All will fail because separation from each other is an illusion”. Amen. PS.
