In our previous post we revealed an insight into dealing with ‘pain’, but today it’s more about our frustrations and challenges we often go through.
In fact, it doesn’t matter who we are (or how old), one thing is for sure, we all need to keep looking forward and somehow pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and just get on with life!
If counting to 10 prevents you from blowing your stack – great! If not, then perhaps these guiding words will shed some light on why turning ‘within’ can bring peace to your heart. Enjoy.

“Any so-called obstacles and tribulations occur for numerous reasons, one of which is to help you to pause and reflect on who and what you are. These barriers also bring forth the right conditions for your karma and equilibrium; in turn, they assist your growth and inner experience.
In the peace and quietness, do not wish for an easier path, but accept the here and now. Be positive and strong, whatever comes your way. You are not separate from our ‘oneness’; you are part of me, the source and creator. So, you will never have to face these days alone. Remember, I comprehend everything that you think, say and do. No secret can be kept from me, for I am the eternal witness.
By turning your auto-pilot off, whenever you can, you re-connect and retain the power to change the way you live. Though your life may contain many twists and turns, countless opportunities will occur, with dreams and choices made available to you from the cradle to the grave. So, do not look back on the past with regret; you cannot change it. Look forward instead.
Our futures are only the results of the seeds we sow in the present. Therefore, cast your thoughts, words and deeds with care, into the ploughed furrows of the truth within your heart. Know that they will grow and flourish, as His light radiates on them. The roots of your ambitions will be nourished and sustained by the fountain of tears which emanate from pure joy.
Love which flows to, through and from you, will shine forth and you will open like a flower bud. Through spiritual guidance and education, the plumes of Divine Fire, deep inside you, will resemble dew-covered flower petals, shining for all to see.
Know that your magnificence can be displayed for evermore; comprehend that your brilliance is without limitation. In order to experience this, beyond human form, you must forget the attachments of this world, and ‘Leave the Body Behind’. Amen.”

PS. The sojourns of the Soul are as complex -or as simple – as you need them to be. In addition, all forms of desire enslave your mind … while inner peace and tranquillity bring you closer to the truth of you.
