Hello to all aspirants of love and truth!
Life often seems to get busier and busier, so today’s post is a simple reminder to take time out for yourself!
Even if it’s only for a few minutes, may you find the right moment to put ‘living’ on pause and refocus upon the true you. Perhaps through solitude and a walk in the woods, or a stroll across the fields or valleys or while deep in meditation … just feel the silence and bask in the beauty of the world and the connection to God and all Creation.
May your bank holiday weekend be full of joy! Take care.
Now feel the peace … within your Golden heart.

“Please understand, you have a golden heart which is so precious, that no earthly jewel compares. In fact, the core of your being radiates like thousands or even billions of Suns, and this is why your love and light cannot be contained, nor it’s truth boxed or stored away.
However, the choice to utilise this inherent power is your own. So each day given to you is my gift, a present (pre-sent) from the dawn of time – and all you have to do is to determine how to use it. Indeed, every moment can be a cause of pleasure or pain which creates memories of joy or disdain – one’s hopes fulfilled and dreams elevated, or with carefree emotions that evaporate and disappear as if sucked down sewers or drains.
Therefore, real peace can only be found inside your golden heart of love and light, for it is here and here alone where the unwavering certainty of truth will sink deep into one’s core. Eventually, you gain the wisdom which follows the acceptance of the one true miracle … the undying beauty, bliss, and Nirvana of both you and me. Amen.” PS.
