Our blog hopes to encourage and inspire the reader, the aspirant and the devotee of truth, and ultimately help each and every Soul to understand and answer three questions, ‘Who am I, why am I here, and where am I going?’ As each post that you read is written by ‘inner-dictation’, these snippets an also form can invisible link between all our hearts, while resonating deep within, to help guide you towards your own goal of self-realization, and into bliss and eternal peace.
Here is today’s extract, from a Lesson entitled LAZY – DAYS …
“I understand when I witness your life becoming so hectic, whether this is from family, work, or home issues, that so much so, one may often wish for a long lazy day in the sun. Although I stated earlier about ‘recharging the batteries,’ know it is not so much a physical rest you many require, but it’s often the time one needs to take to ease the restless mind. As such, this in turn brings balance and provides a constant repetitive boost to one’s health and happiness, no matter what the weather outside your door.
Remember, meditation is no more than becoming detached from desire in its various ways, shapes, and forms. Indeed, worldly attachment can blur your thought processes, influencing your actions and ultimately leading to confusion and illusion. It can affect you emotionally and spiritually, which is like trying to physically look at the midday sun, making your eyes squint and stream with tears of discontent. So, why would you do this, even briefly, when its power can cause blindness … and this is exactly the same in terms of being kept in the dark, by enveloping your ‘all’ within the impermanent world.
Therefore, just as I have explained upon numerous occasions, you should ideally ‘live’ in the world but not be part of it. By ‘living’, I mean being kind, supportive, understanding, peaceful, truthful, non-violent, and acting with and from love. You can do all of these things, yet still recognize that the material world is transient, and is an experience for both heart and Soul on many levels.
Ultimately … it is part of the education you require, or else you would not have been re-born to the physical plan. As such, coming off this cycle of rebirth and death through your own self-realization is the most important aspect of your path and journey, then your love can blossom beyond imagination with a sweet fragrance, and just like a flower’s, it can be carried upon my breath beyond time, space, and all dimension, Amen”.

Please remember, I do not ask you to give up, or even deny your current beliefs, for every faith and religion, and all colors, creeds and languages of man, in truth … wish you to bask within the completeness and glory of ‘God’. I promise you this, the road ahead will become much easier, if you can also recognize the attachment to your senses, for they act like mirrors, reflecting a fog of confusion from the impermanent world in which you reside.
Therefore, try to clear this mist, not by looking through rose colored glasses, but by removing those curtains and shadows of doubt before you, to witness the reality … from, through and inside your own spark of divinity. Understand too, that these ‘lessons’, just like eternal whispers being cast upon the wind of my breath, can help you to rediscover your already free, not only to find your own path and destiny, but also strive towards the goal of self-realization and liberation, and into perpetual bliss and peace.
About the author: DAVID KNIGHT was born into his current physical embodiment in 1964. He is married to Caroline, and they live with their adopted cats Toby, Treacle, Spiky, and Missy in the UK. Over the years, he has made a living from various types of work … ranging from HM Forces, Financial Services, as a Care Assistant, and also becoming self employed in property maintenance.
However, to find true fulfillment, his search changed from the exterior and without, to the interior and ‘within’. As such, spiritual education gained a greater momentum, and with it, a renewed dedication and realization dawned upon him … with further evidence of, and from God, revealed through many of his life experiences.
