Good morning to one and all. Well, how did last week go for you? If you’re reading this, at least you survived the first week of lent!
Indeed, while some may see this auspious period as a time of service or sacrifice (or opportunities and challenges), others believe their life is a constant trial, full of tribulations. So, how do you feel about your own journey? Do you see your glass half full, or half empty?
Hold that thought for a moment, because your mind will certainly pre-judge the answer … all because it bases the future upon your past experiences and memories. But what can we do about this? Well, if we could just listen to our hearts more often, whatever we go through can only be seen as temporary, and if that’s the case, we’re able to become more content. And contentment brings peace, and peace brings joy. (I think you get the picture now).
Therefore, why not try this process for a day, a week, a month or even a year … and then watch your life change for the better! Enjoy the post below. God bless to all!

Life’s trials and tribulations, or are they opportunities and challenges?
“Please understand, your journey ahead is as complex or simple as one makes it, and any obstacles, hurdles, trials and tribulations are there for numerous reasons, not only to help you pause and reflect, but for one’s karma and equilibrium, which assists your growth and experience both inside and out.
By letting my love bloom inside your heart, you will undertake many great things, and by recognizing you are I … and I am you (self-realization), many of your so-called ‘burdens’ will ease and disappear. You will experience a new lease of life, because instinctively, it becomes easier for you to bear. So, do not wish for a smoother path or road. Simply except the ‘now’ and shine as brightly as possible, whatever comes your way!
Remember, when you walk the path of truth, your life will be serene and full of contentment. This contentment eradicates frustration, and those ‘push me-pull you’ effects of your so-called ‘ups and downs’. Your energy and vibration shall elevate, as if a switch alters the current from negative to positive. In fact, each day can be your own new beginning, because one’s attitudes to many tasks in life … can be altered in a single moment”. Amen.
