Hi, devotees of light and truth.
Many political and global issues continue to resonate across our Tv’s, radios and newspapers which afffect us all. From brexit, climate change, Amazon fires and also countless animals suffering around the world, it’s no wonder why people may just want to bury their heads in the sand!
But we can’t – because we are all connected – and that’s why we need to stand up and be counted.
Today’s post is a timely reminder of how we can face these uncertain times head on. So keep strong and try to have a good week.

How to face difficult and testing times head on … and not bury one’s head in the sand!
“Know that there is so much for you to be positive about and your light only needs to shine from inside your heart -the way it’s supposed to.
But while you reside and live in the world -upon this impermant plane- you must try to face difficult and testing times head on and not bury one’s head in the sand! Karma must be experienced and faced by the individual and also the masses – of which there is no escape.
Therefore, to progress towards true peace and bliss, comprehend that ultimately your true strength only comes from ‘within’. There you will find my pillars of faith and trust to help you become more resolute and determined to overcome all doubt and anxiety that may come your way.
Recognize too, that the real beauty and divine essence flows from the inside out, and this has the power to manifest around the globe Hence I urge you to fulfill your potential as a human being and Soul … and not waste the time that has been pre-sent and given to you. Amen”. PS. Remember, God loves us all. And, if you can love yourself- in turn- you will love all life and then the world will change.
