Good morning to all AFY subscribers / followers of truth and love!
Today’s extract urges you to ‘go with the flow’, and not to pay continual attention to our ‘monkey’ minds which often tries to dictate what we think we want and need.

“Go with the flow as much as you can, in the knowledge I am forever watching over you, looking out for you, and wishing you only what your heart desires in truth, and not what the mind believes or thinks it needs.
Appreciate there is always someone, somewhere who you could say are ‘worse off’. I do not state this fact to make you feel somewhat better about yourself, but to instil greater courage within you, for your own life and road ahead. Remember, you are all on countless different paths, and yet embark on the same journey, in order to recognize the true you, and me.
I am not hidden away, deep in a forest or a secluded mountain cave. I am not within the ground, buried as a secret treasure, lost for all time. I am not upon the seabed either, drifting back and forth like the currents of the ocean. No, I am inside your hearts. Therefore, you hold, nourish and sustain me too, while keeping me safe … though many do not realize it.
As I am all things and all things I am, sense and know me in every tree, leaf, rock, blade of grass, flower, the air you breathe, the food and water you consume, the stars, planets, moons, and all Creation. If you can trust me of this, then you will trust in yourself. If you can believe that I am and can do what I say, your life will become ‘lighter’, like floating upon still waters … buoyant, uplifted, and sustained forever in my heart.
Understand, your Soul, carried in the vessel called the ‘body’, can be known as ‘Atma’, ‘I am I’ or simply ‘Me, Myself and I’. Amen”.
PS – Why not let your heart be your guide for a change?
