Coronavirus … is this our fate?

The fact that the number of deaths from the coronavirus doubled in one day is certainly not good news for the world’s population. What starts out as flu-like symptoms have now killed more than 1500 in China alone.

Now the largest outbreak outside the mainland is on a cruise ship – which some are calling a floating petri dish. Widespread anxiety is now escalating in various cities as basic amenities are running short. Social media is rife on what route the epidemic might take amid accusations of so-called ‘super-spreaders’ of the virus.

Another point noted actually concentrated on the Chinese palate, and the fact of the matter is that our bodies and digestive systems simply cannot cope with eating bats, rats, snakes and many other unfortunate insect or animals deemed fit for human consumption.

No matter what your opinions and thoughts on these matters the world needs to stick together, and above all else, people need to show compassion, not discrimination. Keep strong everyone. God bless.

Coronavirus … is this our fate?

“Please understand these facts:

Your body is a temple, a haven and an amazing reality of one’s existence, but do you appreciate it?

Your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being  all affect one’s bodily health too.

Any affliction can lead to stress, ill health, disease and decay of the body … which is the effect following the cause.

An Illness, disease or condition not only annoys or angers, but frustrates or even dictates where and why you live your life the way you do … but the individual can make a choice how you live and what you eat.

Therefore, in times of uncertainty in what appears an unforgiving world, change your mindset and believe in the goodness which lies within you and in all things … reach for it, and share this with positive thoughts and prayers of hope to those in need. More importantly, let your hands do the work of love, to aid, support and guide those who are less fortunate than yourself. Amen”. PS. Remember, hands that ‘do’ are holier than lips that pray.
