Hello everyone!
In last week’s post, we spoke about reaching out for God’s loving hand – with a certainty he/she will carry our hearts for eternity.
Well, to follow on from those thoughts regarding trust and faith (no matter what our religious persuasion), we thought we’d share a short Sojourn of a Soul. Here, we get a different reminder – that we are all given the opportunities to share our love and kindness to one and all, and in doing so, this also helps to keep negativity at bay.

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths … and then exhale all your concerns and worries of the day. (Part 1 of 2)
“ I am here with you always, because I reside inside your heart. I feel and experience everything you think and say and do and therefore know when you are sad, lonely, happy and playful while you move upon the earth-plane through the journey called ‘life’.
I urge you not to become fooled by the mind’s perception of what you believe is good or bad days, or from what occurs along the path of experience. On occasions, where you place your feet may bring untold elation – those times where your feet glide along – feeling light as if weaving through the trees like a feather on a breeze.
Alternatively, one could easily see why you appear to tread barefoot between shards of glass, carrying an unbelievable fear of the unknown or that you imagine the physical, mental or emotional pain that occasionally lands at your door is eternal when it is not.
As you contemplate upon this, try to picture a different scenario. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and then exhale all your concerns and worries of the day. My hand holds yours and I will lead you where you need to go, so sense through your feelings and not the mind.
We walk along a golden path, lit from the divinity of your Soul. Either side, sunflowers lean towards us as we make our way forward to a clearing of emerald grass and a large crystal-clear pond. Bending down, you cup hands to bring water to your lips. Understand, you not only drink for the body … but quench a thirst for the knowledge you seek.”
