Can you leave something behind?
Someone recently said they felt concerned about their purpose in life and whether they could ever leave a legacy upon this Earth. While the so-called ‘famous’ may sing, act, build, develop, invent and a whole lot of other ‘creative’ ventures … one may also leave a trace of their heart and soul with a touch of a hand, a smile, a hug or a kiss. Whoever you are … and no matter the colour of your skin, your age or sex … all bear no relevance to the joy and peace which lies eternal. Everyone has the choice to create through and from the heart.

“Try to be honest with yourself as you endeavour to walk upon your ‘sole’ (Soul’s) path. Then, when the time to cross over materializes, there will be no reason to pause and reflect or wish to turn back the clock over so-called regrets and missed opportunities.
To do so resembles the steps taken -and left behind – upon a frosted lawn or a deserted beach. They appear as real tracks which leave a residue of where you have been … but unless you walk in, from, and to love … the experiences shall eventually fade – just like those footprints which have been melted by the sun or washed away by the sea.
So, how can you leave a more permanent legacy? Can you leave something behind? What thoughts, words or deeds can be stored forever in the memories of strangers, friends and family hearts and minds? The answer can’t be found in your home, your car or your possessions accumulated upon the earth. Only your love is real and permanent, which is portrayed through your character and personality.
As I have explained so many times, please try to be selfless, not selfish, and live with those true human qualities such as truth, non-violence, and righteousness. Know that I do not command you to be anything other than what you already are, and only by understanding and knowing your true self, can you reflect your true essence and Divinity.
Therefore, with your day now set into motion, what choices have you already made? Have you earmarked your time (24/7) to embark upon the toils of the world, or can you set aside a moment for you, me … us?
One cannot or should not underestimate the time spent within peace and reflection, especially in the era of such a fast-paced and demanding society of which you are all a part. Remember, be in the world, but do not believe you are ever separate from me and your true self. Amen.”
PS. The recent cold and wet weather are also a temporary condition surrounding you, so move forward in the knowledge that warmth and comfort are but a heartbeat away.
