Good morning to one and all! While getting dressed this morning, I began thinking of the ‘clothes’ we all wear … not for our bodies, but of our Souls. Enjoy the post, God bless to one and all!
Our blog hopes to encourage and inspire the reader, the aspirant and the devotee of truth, and ultimately help each and every Soul to understand and answer three questions … who am I, why am I here, and where am I going?’ As each post that you read is written by ‘inner-dictation’, these snippets can also form can invisible link between all our hearts, resonating deep within, to help guide you towards your own goal of self-realization, into bliss and eternal peace.
Here is today’s extract … from a lesson entitled ‘Compassion‘.
” Whether you are a mother, father, child, brother, sister, carer, employee, manager, director, an orphan, an immigrant, politician, a King or Queen (and so on and so forth), these ‘clothes’ you were born into make no difference to me, for you should all act and wear them with justice and fortitude.
In all endeavours, compassion should prevail, whether to your fellow man or the creatures and animals inhabiting the ‘Earth-plane’ too. The colour of your skin and the language you speak bears absolutely no relevance in the heart and heart’s centre. Moreover, true love and compassion hold no barriers, for they cannot be erected in any way, shape or form.
As scenarios develop where a helping hand is required, (perhaps someone or something is in distress or ill health,) they do not care or think of the helper’s looks or colour, voice or religious beliefs or background. Compassion strives not in the clenched fist or raised tone, but in an outstretched helping hand, whether by face or even over the telephone!
One can be compassionate too by thoughts, prayer, or just a smile to show you care. By helping others and the society in which you reside, you start to come out of your shell to no longer ‘hide’. Perhaps one day, you yourself will need someone to guide or help you along your way and journey. Therefore, you will now understand that it is compassion in its many forms, which will illuminate and shine both to and from you, if you will but hold onto truth and love inside your heart.
Appreciate too, your heart and true character reside within every action, thought and word, as they reflect and resonate love. Common phrases like, “So you sow, so shall you reap” and “What goes around comes around” ring true. I am not asking you to be a Saint, but request you take control of your lives in order that you can be your true self.
Do not waste time, energy or money on the impermanent, but seek the truth in all you do. Dismiss desire, want and greed, as they will slow you down in your pursuit of righteousness and the glory of yourself. However, you ought to take pleasure in your life because you are ‘alive’, and so all things, as long as they do not hurt you (or another) physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually should be enjoyed!
You are all one family of Love and Light, so whether you are on different sides of the earth; try to think about and aid others. By being compassionate in all that’s said and done, there will remain an everlasting memory of the ‘One’. Everyone and everything is connected, so no matter how unique or different someone or something appears, you will still see me, and therefore yourself. Amen”.

Please remember, I do not ask you to give up, or even deny your current beliefs, for every faith and religion, and all colors, creeds and languages of man, in truth … wish you to bask within the completeness and glory of ‘God’. I promise you this, the road ahead will become much easier, if you can also recognize the attachment to your senses, for they act like mirrors, reflecting a fog of confusion from the impermanent world in which you reside.
Therefore, try to clear this mist, not by looking through rose colored glasses, but by removing those curtains and shadows of doubt before you, to witness the reality … from, through and inside your own spark of divinity. Understand too, that these ‘lessons’, just like eternal whispers being cast upon the wind of my breath, can help you to rediscover your already free, not only to find your own path and destiny, but also strive towards the goal of self-realization and liberation, and into perpetual bliss and peace.
About the author: DAVID KNIGHT was born into his current physical embodiment in 1964. He is married to Caroline, and they live with their adopted cats Toby, Treacle, Spiky, and Missy in the UK. Over the years, he has made a living from various types of work … ranging from HM Forces, Financial Services, as a Care Assistant, and also becoming self employed in property maintenance.
However, to find true fulfillment, his search changed from the exterior and without, to the interior and ‘within’.
