Hello to one and all …
Just the other day someone mentioned how quickly their day had gone by, and how no one seems
to have anytime anymore! Indeed, with things to do, places to be, our ‘to do’ list never ends, even at the weekends! Well, with this short post reminds us … all that matters is the ‘NOW’.

“In each of your lives, something always needs doing, there are places to be and people to meet, but please find time to contemplate and be ‘still’. Do not worry about the past, your yesterday. Be aware not to be driven too much by the future either. All that matters is the ‘now’, the present … pre-sent to you, and this gift of ‘time’ (and what you do within the moment), is more precious and important than you can know.
When you are in this stillness, one could say I am ‘happy’. By sensing me, the Stars appear brighter and your hearts sparkle more beautiful than all the diamonds and so-called prized jewels of the world. These moments are unforgettable, etched within your Soul’s memories forever and a day, and no earthly price can ever be placed upon them.
Always remember, it is vital to create a balance in your life and one’s work, rest and play, so do not live with head and mind in the clouds either, for anyone who neglects his kith and kin or home cannot function properly. Being spiritual, an aspirant or devotee of truth, does not require you to reside in a cave, or by erasing the connections from those who love you. Amen”.
PS All you have to do is try.
