Following on from last week we reiterate the need for a deeper understanding of life, beyond the boundary of your senses. When you transcend the limits of the physical body you will become so much more aware of different energies and the reality within you.
Please appreciate that inside the stillness of your heart, no amount of external or internal chatter will affect the truth of you. As a being of energy, love and light you understand the answers you seek are here … and here alone.
So, why not meditate whenever you can? Understand this does not necessarily mean you always have to sit with your eyes closed- because the joy and miracle of all life and creation are around you to focus and contemplate upon. Have a peaceful week.

A cage does not enevlope you!
“Breaking through the boundray of impediment can be achieved with your own inner gifts and attributes, and also through higher levels of light and energy, utilising our love as one.
So, know you are strong; stronger than you could ever possibly imagine. No four walls … nor delusion or confusion can imprison your Divinity. A cage does not envelop you! No-one controls your Soul. You’re already free to soar as high and far as your will allows. Should doubt ever rear its ugly head or if you ever think you are alone, turn ‘within’ … and bridge a world of your imaginary self- imprisonment. Amen”. PS. Remember, your task and goal are to be illumined by bliss.
