Hi everyone, once again welcome to another Sunday’s post, and to one in which I hope you’ll find inspiration and motivation, thereby connecting with your own heart. Then, in doing so, you will find it easier to link to another’s, thus shining your love and light when and where it is needed.
May this be a start of a good week, where you can stay truthful to yourself, and to the love within and all around you too!

Try to be still
Realize that when you are still, boundless peace and bliss envelops your mental, physical, and spiritual (ethereal) bodies. Then, as you experience true love encompassing you, tears may fall upon your face. So to, inside the chambers of your heart, crystallized tears will also shine from your soul, which will reflect your effluence and brilliance like a star. It is here that I always see your truth, openly revealed, for no secrets can ever lie hidden.
I am stating these things to explain that after you open your heart, you will always feel so much better afterwards. In whatever circumstances, one will constantly feel improved, because it is like a lead weight being removed from your shoulders. Indeed, it has been … for I have then taken your burdens upon myself. Though why would I? Well, it is because I am your friend, your confidant and your guardian, and I am also your mother, father and am all things, and as such … I will never leave you, for we are inseparable, you and I.
Please understand that as I witness so many of your days drift by, with your thinking, toiling and worrying from morning through to evening, ‘time’ often ticks by without contemplation of your own truth within. So therefore, if you can refocus upon the inner joy of being ‘you’, you will understand that in fact, I am the ‘doer’, and not just yourself as the body and mind.
So, by re-inviting me into your life, to shine through all the abilities and senses you possess, your actions will then bear fruit for others to find sustenance and growth. The milk of human kindness will flow from person to person, city to city, and nation to nation, and the world only needs to believe and act in truth for it to become reality.
Currently (and wherever you are), you may feel small, perhaps insignificant, and even dispensable, but you are not. Like an ingredient missing from a meal, it would not go unnoticed. If a cog were to be removed from an old clock, its hands would fail to turn. Likewise, a torch would fail to shine without all the battery cells within it. It is the same with every soul … that is why the earth and humanity needs each one of you to connect and illuminate in these present times.
So can you, and will you, actually help each other … and in doing so help yourself? Will you link in unison, or be as the negative and positive, seemingly poles apart? Please let your love flow from, through and to you always, in all ways. Trust that opportunities will present themselves in every aspect of your existence, within your home, family, work, and social lives. Each and every one of your hearts can be utilized and love shared for truth and honesty, not only without prejudice, but also with sincerity.
Then, such energy will resemble butterflies’ wings, silently beating upon the breeze, yet carrying echoes of love and kindness to resonate over mountains of ego and pain, captured over many lifetimes.
Therefore, my love will melt the ice that has frozen around many hearts, those which have been held captive by fear, darkness and decay. And, just like the sun, it will beam and radiate new light, new growth and understanding, deep within you. In turn, you will enlighten other hearts in new directions because we are all ‘one’.
So, upon this day, try to be ‘still’, to sit in peace within the seat of your soul, and if you cannot do so, perhaps you could speak to a friend, and at least have a good old heart to heart instead. Amen.
