When you are unable to be ‘still’, then feel me in the wind, the sunshine upon your face and the raindrops falling upon your cheek. Know me in the mountains, valleys and upon the seas then wonder of me in far off galaxies, the stars and simply sense me in the fragrance of a rosebud. As birds fly and as animals roam within the beauty of the land, gaze far and wide but search ‘within’ to truly see all of these things and so very much more. Everything you know and have experienced is but a fragment, a minute atom of all that I am and of what you also are.
Be near to me for I will lift your heart when you are sad, and I will smile and laugh with you when delight passes through your soul’s experiences. Do not worry, do not fear, I am always near.
