In our busy lives, we often forget to simply ‘be’. When we constantly live on auto-pilot, how can you hear the truth … see the beauty of God, or feel ‘his’ love inside and out?
Today’s post reminds us to become ‘still’, and withdraw within our own hearts when we can. However, this doesn’t mean we should live with our heads in the clouds either, so try to let these words flow through and over you. May they resonate inside you, and encourage and strengthen you in all you do.

“You and I are one, and as such, you are ‘God’. This is a fact, not fiction … because I am the in-Dweller of your heart and we never part. Remember, when all is said and done, your ‘bodies’ are but golden chariots which carry you upon your journey … so, while it is important to focus upon the ‘oneness’ of you, try not to neglect who and what your chariot is – and does.
As human beings, be true to each other, and all ‘life’ residing around you too. Do not succumb to lower senses, but rise above negative energies and situations, which can ensnare and encircle those who are unprepared. In reality, there is nothing you cannot achieve, and having faith in yourself confirms your own faith in me, therefore, love yourself and your ‘self’ (the inner you), and accomplish your destiny.
In addition, avoid being deep rooted and constantly grounded (for this can lead to a life of struggle), but start to spread your wing of love and light, taking flight into the well of your heart. This ‘well’ is eternal and the key to all things, and you will forever fly with me, as I am your other wing crrying you towards joy and peace.
Forget the fear of anyone or anything, and embrace new opportunities which feel right for you. In difficult times, I will support and carry and help you all I can. If you are in pain (for whatever reason), think of and focus upon me, and likewise, within your so-called happy times of laughter and joy, I will watch and sense the joy with you too.
I am the answer to all your questions and queries and concerns, and remain the missing piece of your life’s jigsaw … and when you see, feel, and know me, the ‘picture’ will be complete. No more ‘returning’ with cycles of birth and death, and no further yearning or despairing, because you will desire or require nothing else, ever again.
Therefore, be silent and listen to the bliss of peace. Wish and pray to find the truth, in the knowledge I am always with you and will never depart, for I cannot leave myself. By becoming ‘still’, you can recall I am love and light – always and forever, Amen.
