This short snippet forms  part of a lesson  entitled ‘Appreciation ‘. Earlier the health of the body had been discussed and of its importance, not only effecting your general well-being but also with how it influences many aspects of the heart and mind too. I hope you enjoy this brief extract from my forthcoming book  I am I: The In-Dweller of your Heart. (available around Dec 2011). When the health of body is sustained, then your sense and awareness is so very much heightened.

This also stems from contentment and a happiness of whom and what you are and it will enable you to be creative… or a creative expression of love and light that manifests itself into the impermanent world in which you currently reside.

Understand that there are many elements of ‘light hierarchy’ that also help Souls to achieve this such as Angels and princes of light…and through your love, thoughts, and prayers they can then help and manifest the conditions and opportunities for self-expression in your home, work, and within the environment in which you live too.

So therefore,  when you sense beauty (in whatever form), be it nature, a person’s smile or in the hope and love that you experience through mind, body or Soul, how does it make you feel?

Do you stop to consider, question and appreciate it?

Remember… the exterior is a reflection of the interior, so do you see Snow-White, or a wicked witch?
