Hello to one and all…
Now, before you think NICE (National Institute for Care and excellence) have introduced a special potion or cure for all our woes and ill’s, what do you think can lift our spirits, to make us smile and feel ‘happy’? Hopefully you’ve guessed it … that orange ball way up in the sky!
The weather today (especially in the midlands) is an early taste of summer ( 23 degrees – yeah), and I’m sure it’ll get us thinking of BBQ’s, a lazy day in the Sun, holiday’s, ice cream and so much more. So, if you can … try to treat yourself to at least a few mins in the sunshine … where you can put any worries or cares on hold, and take a moment to bask in the glory and magic from up above. (You deserve to!)
Let’s hope this is a massive shot in the arm for us all … just what the Universal doctor ordered, eh?

Just what the doctor ordered…
‘As you inhale my breath of life, your lungs fill with clean air, which intoxicates you with its purity. With light headiness, you sit down to pause and reflect within this stillness. A slight breeze filters through the early summer sun, and you observe the flowers as they bend and swirl, as if dancing to a merry tune of my heart beat. This is my melody, my inspiration, and the rhythm of life itself.
I urge you to reflect upon the wondrous life which envelops you all. Notice the majestic butterfly as it comes into view … it floats gracefully from here and there – as if without a care. Understand you must let go too, but this is not the same as letting ‘you’ go. Remember, one must simply remember me, by remembering ‘us’.
The peace you need and seek and truly crave is not in faraway forests or mountains, but inside the core of your heart. Then, through your own self-realisation comes the understanding … both you and I reside in this deep recess as one together, in harmony and friendship and bliss and peace. Appreciate too, the light which shines down upon you warming your face, is the grace I give you all … each day, now and forever more. Amen.’
