Hope you enjoy this short extract, this is from the lesson ‘Breathe’ …
Try not to let the years go by, with life often feeling as if it is on auto-pilot, but instead acknowledge it is yourself, and only you, that can once again take control of your destiny, fulfilling your own wishes and dreams. The question to really ask is whether you are currently satisfied, and if you are truly content or not. I do not mean with the material possessions around you, but to recognize whether you feel fulfilled. With this, you can only be honest with yourself, as no one else can answer it for you.
In contrast to overcoming any adversities or times when you think you are somehow painfully restricted, could you ever believe that there may be instances, or reasons, when struggling to breathe might be due to something positive? How about, for example, when two hearts and souls connect in truth together?
Yes indeed, the moment when one realizes they have fallen in love, and merely being in their partner’s presence, or even more so, by an enforced absence from their smile, embrace, or kiss, can all become those moments when your breath is taken away … with a deep and burning desire which is so strong it feels as if you may be drowning in your own vacuum of tears. Any separation which seemingly stops you functioning and is so overwhelming that, in truth, one may feel they would rather die. Is this too extreme? Is this a lie? If that was the case, just ask those who fall upon their knees to pray, or curl up under covers and cry.
Now then, imagine our love to each other (yes you and I) is stronger than even this single moment, since time immemorial. How can this be, and how could I, or would I, ever condone or create such a scenario? Well, believe me when I say that I haven’t, because although the love connection is true and eternal, the separation is false. Know that light-years in distance and time are irrelevant to me, and the seeds of truth scattered throughout Creation, are from, through, and to me, so there can never be any division. Amen.
